Natural Embrace, we focus on organic, natural ingredients, and technology that can support to give a healthy skincare experience. We focus on sensitive skincare development because we think sensitive skin people deserve a better skincare experience. 

All the products of Natural Embrace are hypoallergenic, for all skin types. We strongly focus on the support for sensitive skin, which needs a lot of care in formula and beauty routine.

Great questions! We appreciate that you will read the direction before using. Our product will help you to simplify the beauty routine without needing to go to expensive spa, still have an excellent skin quality.

We accept return within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and the original seal is intact. For hygene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or had their seal removed.

Shipping

We use several different delivery services: UPS, FedEx and USPS depending on schedule, third party delivery and location. 

 

Timelines vary depending on the third party delivery company, your selection when checking out and location. Most products are delivered within 3-7 business days.
